Our two-night escape in May at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire is centred on performance and longevity with a focus on fitness, nutrition, and optimal wellbeing

Every Soho Retreat is designed with the same goal: to offer our members a place where they can relax, reset, and restore, ready to move forward with purpose. And each one is tailored with varying needs in mind.
Our upcoming retreat at Soho Farmhouse is focused on performance, with a programme – built around the mantra ‘train harder, recover smarter’ – led by global fitness brand founder Ollie Marchon and expert guests. Taking place from Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 May, those joining us will have the chance to take full advantage of the holistic wellness amenities, advanced fitness technology, and outdoor activities our Oxfordshire outpost offers.
The two-night stay is packed with activities designed to optimise health and wellbeing, both during the retreat itself and once you return home. Come along for a training session with Ollie Marchon, nutrition and longevity workshops with holistic health specialist Dr Tyler Jean, a candlelit session at the Lazy Lake, a padel social, and more.

Monday 11 May
We’ll start things off with an opportunity to meet your fellow retreat participants and members of the Soho Farmhouse team over canapes and a welcome drink before checking in. After you’ve settled into your bedroom, you’ll head to the group gym session focused on strength training for longevity, led by guest trainer and global fitness expert Ollie Marchon, along with a welcome circle.
In the evening, your first dinner in the Glasshouse will be followed by a Lazy Lake Late session by candlelight. Enjoy the steam, ice, and sauna rooms, then slip into one of our sunken onsen-style hot tubs for the ultimate relaxing soak. You’ll emerge feeling refreshed and restored, ready for our wind-down session, which is accompanied by soothing sounds.

Tuesday 12 May
After a great night’s sleep, day two begins bright and early with a group classical Pilates class led by Soho Farmhouse instructor Alexi Norris. The 60-minute session will take you through all the equipment our Pilates studio has to offer, for a top-to-toe workout that marries alignment with strength, leaving you feeling invigorated and ready for the day ahead.
After a nutrient-packed breakfast, you’ll have time to wind down and explore the grounds before gathering for a late-morning workshop with human performance expert Dr Tyler Jean, who will lead you through a discussion about nutrition for performance, recovery, and inflammation. The Food is Medicine lunch that follows is a chance to savour what you’ve just been taught over a nutritionally balanced meal created by Dr Jean and brought to life by our Soho Farmhouse chefs.
After lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to try a longevity treatment of choice (included in the price), or simply relax and enjoy some free time. An evening sound bath session led by a holistic practitioner will round out the day’s activities, with dinner afterwards.

Your final morning will begin on the padel courts for several fun rounds of the game, followed by your final breakfast. Enjoy a recovery session in the sauna or steam room afterwards, before checkout at 12pm.
You’ll then be free to enjoy a leisurely lunch and spend the rest of your afternoon exploring Soho Farmhouse.
