House 44 at F1 Paddock Club™ joins the fiesta in Mexico City

The high-altitude Mexico City Grand Prix was the destination for our third collaboration with Formula 1® and Lewis Hamilton

Direct from the success of our House 44 pop-ups at Silverstone and Monza in collaboration with Formula 1® and seven-time F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton, our signature hospitality suite landed in Mexico City for the Gran Premio De La Ciudad De México 2025 last weekend. Famed amongst F1 fans for its high-altitude circuit – staged on the iconic Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez racetrack – the CDMX race is also renowned across the world for its vibrant party atmosphere.

House 44 – the pop-up takes its name from Hamilton’s iconic racing number – was situated in the exclusive Estadio section of the F1 Paddock Club™, which offers an elevated perspective of the track and an unparalleled view of the winner’s podium, making it one of the most sought-after views on the whole F1 calendar.
To kick off the race weekend, members joined in the fun as Soho House Mexico City hosted an F1 afterparty featuring a headline DJ set by Jungle. In the House 44 suite, guests were served Agave de Jalisco – a signature cocktail created to celebrate our local House, alongside refreshers created with Almave, Hamilton’s non-alcoholic blue agave spirit.

Among the weekend’s highlights, House 44 guests were invited to celebrate alongside the winners as they raised their trophies, courtesy of our exclusive access to the post-race podium ceremony. Members were also treated to a Q&A from Hamilton himself, who gave an insight into his pre-race mentality. ‘I don’t really get nervous before races now, but I did feel butterflies earlier, and that’s good,’ he said. ‘The start is going to be key; it’s hard to overtake here. It’s hotter today – tyres will be a challenge – but I’m giving absolutely everything.’
Hamilton also spoke about his impact in the fashion industry, working on collaborations with Tommy Hilfiger and Dior with Kim Jones, as well as producing F1, starring Brad Pitt, which was a huge hit on release this summer and has since become the highest-grossing sports film in history. ‘People say I do so many things – but you don’t have to only do one thing,’ Hamilton said of his projects off the track. ‘You can do whatever you put your mind to. I’m trying to learn as much as I can. Of course, focusing on one thing and being great at it is important – and that’s racing. But I love film, TV, storytelling – it uplifts me through dark times. I just love getting creative juices flowing and working with creative people.’

Among his most passionate projects is his charity foundation, Mission 44, which aims to ‘drive change’ for young people globally. ‘Our sport is male dominated. We need more women engineers, mechanics – everything,’ Hamilton said. ‘We brought 40 to 50 young women from Austin to the garage to meet the engineers and show them opportunities in F1. That’s what Mission 44 is about – giving access to those who might not have resources.’

Next month, House 44 will head to the Las Vegas Grand Prix to witness the F1 drivers streak down the world-famous neon-soaked Strip during the city’s iconic night race. After that, we’re off to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for what looks set to be an adrenaline-fuelled, high-stakes finale to the racing season.

‘I just love the cosy home vibe of Soho House and I have often stayed at Soho Farmhouse, so when we did our own hospitality suite in Vegas last year, I thought why don’t we try and do it with a Soho House vibe?’ Hamilton said of his inspiration for the collaboration. ‘It's been incredible to see it develop this year and how much everyone enjoys it. The feedback has been brilliant to hear.’
