How we’re celebrating the festive season across our Houses

The festive season is back, and we’re going all out across our Houses with a lineup of events – from Friendsgiving to wreath-making – and limited-edition menu items. In the UK, we’re leaning into the classics: from Monday 23 November, mince pies will be served with hot drinks, and roast Bronze Norfolk turkey will be landing on club menus, with all the trimmings, of course. Mulled wine is also making a welcome return, alongside new additions to our drinks offering, including collagen flat whites, chai lattes, and 70% hot chocolate. 

There’s plenty to celebrate across our US Houses this Thanksgiving, with a three-course Friendsgiving special menu available from Friday 20 to Thursday 26 November. Expect comforting seasonal dishes, including Butternut Squash Soup with cranberry compote and cardamom creme, traditional Turkey served with all the accompaniments, and Apple Crumble with oats, fall spices, and vanilla gelato to finish.

Soho House 40 Greek Street
The Edible Artist by Es Devlin
26 November to 1 January
Running throughout the festive season, The Edible Artist will mark Es Devlin’s first collaboration with Soho House, transforming the first-floor restaurant at Soho House 40 Greek Street. Known for her immersive installations, the celebrated artist and stage designer will fill the space with artworks, books, tapestries, original drawings, and projections. Members can even tear pages from books to take home as their own piece of art. The experience continues at the table with a menu co-created by Devlin with our Executive Chef, Nathanial Tofan, to bring art, food, and creative expression together in a one-of-a-kind takeover.

The Gilded Mischief by Giles Deacon
17 November to 30 December
We’re also collaborating with Giles Deacon to bring a theatrical dining experience to members in the US for the 2026 festive season, following its debut at Soho House 40 Greek Street last year. Even if you were lucky enough to catch it then, you won’t want to miss it – The Gilded Mischief returns on an even grander scale at Soho House New York. Created by the British fashion designer and artist, the experience combines visual theatre, playful irreverence, and culinary spectacle with bespoke staff uniforms, specially designed menus, and an immersive celebration of art and dining. As part of the takeover, Deacon will also join Kate Bryan, our Chief Art Director, for an In Conversation at Soho House New York, hosted at the heart of the installation.

Candlelit Christmas: Festive Stories and Songs
Tuesday 1 December
Join us for a festive evening in partnership with Variety, the Children’s Charity, hosted by Alison Hammond and bringing together special guests from across the Soho House community in support of a great cause. Expect Christmas readings from Dame Imelda Staunton, Minnie Driver, Richard Ayoade, Michelle Keegan, Nick Mohammed, and Rose Ayling-Ellis, alongside live musical performances from Lemar, Rebecca Ferguson, Layton Williams, Gabriella Cilmi, Dan Gillespie Sells, and The George Michael Singers. Candlelit Christmas also launches the start of a month-long fundraising initiative by Soho House and Variety, with a discretionary £1 charitable donation added to UK members’ bills throughout December.

DUMBO House
Winterland
From Friday 27 November
From November, DUMBO House will be transformed into a festive winter retreat, bringing a packed programme of seasonal experiences to Brooklyn. Alongside an ice-skating rink, members can warm up in rooftop barrel saunas, complete with a dedicated tea station, and robes and slippers provided throughout. Expect winter market-inspired food and drinks, including Pigs in a Blanket, Hot Spiced Cider, and Mulled Wine served from alpine-style chalets, as well as festive film screenings, carol singers, and a calendar of events designed to keep the holiday spirit going all season long.

Christmas Day 
Friday 25 December
Once again, Dean Street Townhouse will be transformed into a grotto of baubles, garlands, and mistletoe. On Christmas Day, the restaurant is offering a four-course feast priced at £130 per person – expect all the classics, including a free-range Wiltshire turkey roast, served with all the trimmings, and Christmas Pudding with brandy cream.
