Make Soho House Stockholm’s Artist’s Choice cocktail at home

In 2023, we hosted our Portrait Series in partnership with Bombay Sapphire, in six Houses across the UK and Europe. Local portrait artists joined us to create one-off interpretations of our members, who were treated to DJ sets and a gin-based cocktail menu – unique to each House – that included four Bombay Sapphire drinks. 

One cocktail on each list was inspired by an artist in attendance, labelled as the Artist’s Choice. In Stockholm, this was the Cosmo – a twist on the classic cocktail inspired by local artist Marta Leyva. A fan of milky oolong tea, Leyva’s Cosmo blends the ingredient with Bombay Sapphire gin, cranberries, lingonberries, lime, and soda.
