Happy Hour: Pride edition with Reuben Kaye

For this week’s virtual Happy Hour, celebrate Pride with a Moment Du Jour featuring cabaret artist Reuben Kaye and St-Germain Brand Ambassador Franck Dedieu. Learn how to make a delicious twist on a spritz cocktail with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and hear insights into Kaye’s career, the art of cabaret and his plans for Pride.

Tropical Spritz

Ingredients
40ml St-Germain 
40ml ginger ale 
60ml sparkling wine 
Mint sprig and lime wedge, to garnish

Method
Ice up a glass (highball or wine glass), then add the St-Germain and ginger ale. Top up with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
