Happy Hour with Banks Rums’ Jim Meehan

Island Negroni
30ml/ 1oz Banks 5 Island Rum
22.5ml/ .75oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
15ml/ .5oz Lady A Rosé 
15ml/ .5oz Campari

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel.
