Since the very first Cowshed spa opened in 1998 on the site of an old barn at Babington House – our earliest outpost with bedrooms – our spas and health clubs have been offering members across the globe some much deserved rest and relaxation.

As we focus on all things wellness with our ‘Mind, Body & Soho’ campaign, we’re shining a light on what makes our spas so special. We’re also introducing a new offer on breaks at our Houses with spas and health clubs, to help you relax and refresh after the festive period. Open to Soho House members

Almost all of our spas and health clubs are now open to members and non-members – there are also a few that are exclusive to Soho House members. These include:

Accessible by Soho House members only (and Soho Friends members when staying in a bedroom), at Soho Farmhouse the Lazy Lake offers a unique wellness experience that features an ice room, steam room, three infrared sauna cabins and four onsen-style baths that are sunken into the lake itself. Elsewhere, seasonal seated massages are available beneath the shelter of the expanded decking, overlooking scenic woodland views.

Exclusive Soho House member rates

With Soho House membership comes exclusive rates at every single spa and health club, including up to 20% off every treatment for you and up to three guests. You’ll get 25% off Cowshed and Soho Skin products too, both in person and online, so you can bring a little bit of your spa experience home with you.
 

Soho Friends rates

Soho Friends members will receive up to 15% off treatments and 25% off Cowshed and Soho Skin products. You’ll also be able to access Soho House members-only spas and health clubs when you book a bedroom.

With relaxing, scent-filled massages, high-tech beauty treatments, a growing list of new-age wellness treatments and more, our spas are the ultimate escape – an opportunity to unwind and find your inner Zen. 
 
Freshen up with the Ultimate Cowshed Manicure and Ultimate Cowshed Pedicure (available globally*), two signature treatments we’ve spent the past 25 years perfecting. The 60-minute manicure includes a scalp and shoulder massage to relieve tension, while the 75-minute pedicure features a scalp, neck and shoulder massage as a hydrating foot mask gets to work.
 
If you fancy a facial, the Soho Skin treatments are a recent addition around the world, using our high-performance skincare range to drive skin energy and create a glowing complexion. Perfect for a pit stop, try the Mini Glow Facial, a supercharged express treatment that will replenish and energise the skin in just 30 minutes. Unique local experiences 

No two Cowshed spas are the same. Within each one across North America, Europe and the UK, a carefully tailored menu of treatments, experiences and facilities awaits you.
 
At Soho House Rome, White City House and Shoreditch House, enjoy the pre- or post-workout benefits of Therabody Compression Therapy to promote lymphatic drainage and boost blood circulation. For muscle recovery, why not try the infrared sauna at White City House, Soho House Rome or Shoreditch House? 
 
For those seeking something different, the energy-boosting cryogenic chamber therapy at Soho House Rome may be more your thing. Or if you’re after something a little more relaxing, we recommend a treatment in the detoxing hammam at White City House, Soho House Berlin or Soho House Istanbul. 

At Soho House Barcelona, you’ll find a beautiful indoor pool; at Soho House Amsterdam and Soho House Istanbul there’s an in-house barber shop; and at Soho House Berlin you can indulge in the dry sauna and steam bath.

Limited time residencies

We pride ourselves on spotlighting new and exciting talent within our local communities – all while bringing you the latest developments in beauty and wellness, of course – with exclusive residencies in each spa. 
 
At Soho Farmhouse, you can kick-start your new year’s resolutions with a unique facial workout at FaceGym. And at Shoreditch House, reiki master and energy healer Nieve Tierney will help to raise your body’s vibration to aid anxiety, poor sleep, low energy, and stress. With an exciting menu of new residencies taking place around the world in 2023, watch this space to discover your new favourite treatment.

Group bookings made easy

A birthday, bridal shower, or just an excuse to catch up over a smoothie and signature treatment, our Cowshed parties are every bit as relaxing and pampering as you’d expect them to be. Most of our spas can accommodate group bookings of up to six people; please get in touch with the spa directly to create a bespoke package. For larger gatherings, book exclusive use of our Shoreditch House and Primrose Hill spas for 12 to 25 guests and enjoy two 30-minute treatments per person. This includes a Speedy Manicure, Speedy Pedicure, Back Massage or LED Facial, as well as canapes and Champagne. Plus, the host of the event will receive a Cowshed gift bag and complimentary 60-minute treatment. 

A simpler booking system

We’ve been working to make the process of booking into one of our spas quicker and more straightforward. Now with an integrated system, you can find and book treatments at spas in the UK and Europe through the Soho House app. This functionality is arriving in North America soon, but in the meantime all other locations can be booked in person, over the phone or at cowshed.com.
