In this Floor Barre workout, you’ll use your body weight to work all major muscle groups with rhythmic movements that’ll stretch, tone and strengthen your glutes, legs, arms, and core. Beginner or experienced, all levels are welcome to this 30-minute dynamic class that’ll allow you to easily progress or regress your practice.
