House Tip: How to make our Island Negroni House Tonic with Banks Rum

The European Banks Rum ambassador shares her cocktail-making intel after 18 years of working in the nightclub industry and successfully launching start-up agricole rum brand, R St Barth.
Bartrop brings these lessons to the table to teach you how to make the perfect Island Negroni House Tonic.
Ingredients
25ml Banks 5 Island Rum
20ml Cocchi Rosa
10ml Campari
15ml Lady A rosé
Grapefruit for garnish=
Method
1. Pour the Banks 5 Island Rum over cubed ice into a mixing glass. Then, add the Cocchi Rosa.
2. Next, add the Campari to balance out the tastes and cut through with a subtle bitterness.
3. Finish off with some Lady A rosé, then stir for 30 seconds, cooling the mixture with the ice.
4. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and serve with a thick slice of grapefruit.
