As much as we love the holidays, all the socialising, shopping and wrapping up of our work calendars for the year can leave us feeling a little exhausted. One thing we never tire of at this time of year, however, is the annual selection of cocktails that put a festive spin on the season. 

From levelling up our classic Picante to sampling our latest signature, The Secretariat, ’tis definitely the season to make the most of the Soho House cocktail menu. Or better still, to try your hand at recreating our recipes at home. 

This week, we’re focused on perfecting The Blinker, thanks to the team at Angel’s Envy who have shared their recipe for us to pass on to you. With its refreshing blend of grapefruit juice and raspberry, this cocktail has the perfect amount of zest to help you be the host with the most, now and all the way through the holiday season. Ingredients 
50ml Angel’s Envy whiskey
15ml pink grapefruit juice
3 raspberries (plus 1 to garnish)
10ml sugar syrup

Method 
Muddle the raspberries and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining liquid ingredients, some cubed ice, and shake for around 10 to 15 seconds until it’s cold. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass, and garnish with a raspberry (optional).
