The foraging enthusiasts among you will know that elderflowers are currently in season. With a fresh, fruity and slightly floral flavour profile, now is the time to pick and savour the creamy-white, flat-topped flowers. For those who enjoy seasonal eating and (just as importantly) drinking, the hotter weather and longer days also mark the beginning of rosé season. For Soho House members, this means Lady A, the iconic Provencal rosé, to be enjoyed by the bottle – poolside, preferably. Paired with St-Germain – a liquor made with fresh, hand-picked elderflowers macerated with a blend of Chardonnay and Gamay grapes – it makes the perfect seasonal cocktail.
