An evening with ‘Vogue Scandinavia’ at Soho House Stockholm
Cover stars, friends and collaborators gathered to celebrate the local fashion scene and the arrival of Soho House in the Swedish capital

Soho House Stockholm is opening in a matter of weeks, and we recently got a glimpse of the nearly complete club. On Wednesday, founder members and Swedish creatives were invited to a pre-opening 'hard hat' dinner, and last night Vogue Scandinavia hosted a celebration in honour of Stockholm’s fashion talent.
Martina Bonnier, the title’s editor-in-chief, was the host for the night, with guests gathering around long tables inside the transformed former church on Majorsgatan, in central Stockholm. Vaulted ceilings and preserved wooden altars (still partially covered until the House officially opens) were the backdrop to a dinner from House restaurant Cecconi’s, which will have a permanent place within the club in addition to its existing locations in London, Miami and Mumbai.
The event marked the launch of Vogue Scandinavia’s latest issue, with several of its October/November cover stars – including boundary-breaking model Ceval, Malaika Holmén, Edvin Ryding and Maxim Magnus – in attendance. Vogue friends and collaborators Nanna Blondell, Edvin Endre, Alexander Abdallah, Fares Fares, Giovanna Engelbert and music duo Icona Pop were also among the guests.
