Ganni House party at Soho House Copenhagen
In Copenhagen, Ganni is not just a fashion brand, but a key fixture in the creative community. Last night, the brand’s founders, Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup, hosted a special House party to celebrate their friends, collaborators and Soho House Copenhagen mentees. The event was held in Club Cecconi’s at the House, redecorated with special Ganni touches, such as coloured lighting and leopard-print pillows as keepsakes for guests. Among the guests, we spotted Allyson Shiffman, editor of Vogue Scandinavia and Cecilie Ingdal, editor-in-chief of Elle, alongside Mathilde Gøhler, Chili Dia and Jeuru. The soundtrack for the night was provided by DJ Adidaddi.
Cities Without Houses: an experiential dinner at Waguymafia
To celebrate Tokyo’s creative community and our Cities Without Houses membership, we hosted an intimate dinner at Waguymafia. The menu featured the restaurant’s signature dishes, including Wagyu Bone Broth, Sirloin Kabayaki, Tsukemen and Chateaubriand Cutlet Sandwich. Cocktails especially created for the event were provided by Danish spirits company Empirical.
The Debut Live: Busta Rhymes
As the latest installment of The Debut Live series, Soho House New York hosted an evening with 12 times Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum rapper Busta Rhymes. Together with Billboard’s Carl Lamarre, they celebrated the release of his debut 1996 album, The Coming, and second album, When Disaster Strikes….The guests also got an exclusive preview of his new EP, The Fuse Is Lit.
Porsche SCOPES at Soho House Tel Aviv, Jaffa
Porsche SCOPES is a global series of events creating a stage where people from the cultural, music and start-up scene can share their work and connect with each other. The latest edition took place at Soho House Tel Aviv, Jaffa with a panel talk featuring Eden Kalif and Shira Barzilay, known as Koketit, who created two Art Cars for the cultural festival. They used two Taycans as surfaces for their abstract creations, which were displayed outside the House ahead of the event. A DJ set with Wa jima Tapes followed: the Tel Aviv-based selector and collector brought his sound archives and wide Mediterranean, North African and South Asian arsenal for the listening party.
