From Chicago to Brighton, in recent months we’ve played host to a range of supper clubs with some of the food world’s most exciting names

If there’s one thing we can say for sure about our members, it’s that they’re food lovers – always excited to discover new dishes or try the creations of the chefs of the moment.

To celebrate that passion, over the past year we’ve hosted some special dinners at our Houses around the world in partnership with HexClad. For these unique, one-off events, we invited some exciting names from the industry to prepare menus full of local and seasonal produce.

Scroll on to discover some of the highlights, and keep an eye on our events page for upcoming celebrations.

Brad Carter at Electric House
At our House in London’s Notting Hill neighbourhood, we welcomed Brad Carter into the kitchen. Owner and head chef at Michelin-starred Carters of Moseley, based in Birmingham, Carter’s menu for the night focused on the best of British, with each dish celebrating seasonally available ingredients from around the UK, from Monkfish Liver and Prawn Toast to Fallow Deer with Medieval sauce.

This special evening, hosted by Henry Hill, saw some of Chicago’s most exciting chefs join together for a one-of-a-kind food battle, preparing a multi-course tasting menu filled with wagyu beef dishes. After trying each course – alongside a menu of bespoke cocktails – members then voted on their ultimate winner in the Battle Wagyu.
