House Nights: Kaytranada shuts down Soho House Berlin

King Kaytra brought all the vibes to our Berlin outpost last month with a rooftop DJ takeover, ahead of sold-out shows in Rotterdam and London, as well as the German capital. The Haitian-Canadian DJ and record producer – joined by his brother, rapper Lou Phelps – had the crowd eating out of his hands with a set that fused elements of house, hip-hop, funk and disco into the idiosyncratic sounds and beats he’s famed for. Tweeting in the run-up to the EU and UK run of his tour that they’re only ‘just the warm up’ before he releases his new music, we’re already excited for the next Kaytranada sighting this side of the Atlantic.
