Each month, we welcome members into the Houses for all kinds of events – from parties and performances to talks and special one-off dinners. Over recent weeks, we’ve hosted some very exciting member moments, including the return of the Soho Art Fayre in London, Bonfire Night celebrations across the UK, and five years of Soho Warehouse.

Soho Art Fayre, powered by Porsche
Soho House 76 Dean Street
Following the success of our inaugural Soho Art Fayre, hosted at Babington House in 2023, the event returned to Soho House 76 Dean Street. The club was transformed into an art festival, complete with talks, interactive events, site-specific installations, and the opportunity to buy specially commissioned editions and original pieces from 17 artists selected by our Chief Art Director, Kate Bryan.

Following the success of our inaugural Soho Art Fayre, hosted at Babington House in 2023, the event returned to Soho House 76 Dean Street. Storytime For Kids with Greg James and Chris Smith
White City House
The second edition of our new member event series Storytime For Kids was hosted by Radio 1 DJ Greg James and his writing partner, Chris Smith. Aimed at children aged seven to 10 and hosted by Blue Peter presenter Shini Muthukrishnan, the pair read an extract from their latest book The Twits Next Door, before answering questions from the young audience members.

For a memorable five-year celebration, powered by Porsche, Soho Warehouse members enjoyed a performance by hip-hop artist Talib Kweli. The first 100 members to arrive at the show also received a very special gift.

House Party: The African Gaze Afterparty
Shoreditch House
The team at Black Curatorial joined us to host an immersive afterparty at Shoreditch House, celebrating the end of Frieze London and launching The African Gaze, an introduction to African photography and cinema from the mid-20th century to the present day. Members enjoyed performances from Anaiis and Jali Bakary Konteh, as well as DJ sets from Zezi Ifore, Charisse, Akwasi Brenya-Mensa, and Hagan.
Fashion Talks: Daniel Fletcher
180 House
Style expert Teo van den Broeke was joined by Daniel Fletcher to discuss the menswear designer’s career and inspirations over coffee and breakfast. Since founding his namesake brand in 2015, Fletcher has made a name for himself with his distinctive razor-edged silhouette and clients including Harry Styles and Tom Daley. He is also the first-ever creative director of Royal Ascot.

Musician Samm Henshaw treated members to a performance as part of our House Sessions series, which celebrates a wide range of live music in the Houses. Henshaw made his debut in 2015 with The Sound Experiment, followed by hit singles ‘Broke’, ‘Church’, ‘All Good’, and ‘The World Is Mine’, which was featured in the 2022 Netflix film Hustle.

Our Bonfire Night celebrations returned to Soho Farmhouse for another year, complete with face painting, fairground rides, live entertainment, and plenty of food and drinks. Following the lighting of the bonfire, members gathered to watch the fireworks display.

Musician Samm Henshaw treated members to a performance as part of our House Sessions series, which celebrates a wide range of live music in the Houses. An evening with Marcus Wareing

In the Glasshouse at Soho Farmhouse, members enjoyed an evening with chef Marcus Wareing as he discussed his new book Marcus’s France with presenter Scott Wimsett. The pair talked about his career, before members sampled dishes from the book and a selection of French wines.

Members gathered at Babington House for our annual Bonfire Night celebrations. As well as entertainment that included face painting, circus performers and DJ sets, there were food trucks to keep everyone well fed before the fireworks display.

Cities Without Houses Dubai
The Cities Without Houses team in Dubai celebrated Dubai Design Week with an exclusive partner dinner at the private home of architects and Bone founders Achraf Mzily and Natalie Mahakian, in partnership with Level Shoes. Throughout the week, guests enjoyed a conversation between the Bone team and Tarik Al Zaharna, founder and director of T.Zed Architects; a Member Mixer at the Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar, Dubai Hills; and cocktails at arts and culture space Alserkal Avenue.

Cities Without Houses Cape Town
At the city’s newly opened COY restaurant, found on the water’s edge at the V&A Waterfront, members dined and connected with one another. The second restaurant from award-winning chef Ryan Cole, COY celebrates the creativity and expression found in Southern African cooking.
