Forest bathing at Soho Farmhouse
Join Gabrielle Cope for an introduction to shinrin yoku (forest bathing) and its numerous benefits for your mind, body, and soul. The session begins with an introduction to the practice – which immerses you in nature, not water – along with some gentle breathwork and movement to open up the body. This is followed by exercises that engage all five senses to bring a sense of calm.
