1. NFT workshop: non-fungible training with Metallicus on Tuesday
Will Cleaver and Dimitri Giller from Metallicus host a workshop taking you from 0 to 100 in the world of NFTs. The session begins with a crypto and blockchain 101, then members are guided through the process of designing, minting, and marking their NFT for sale on the Proton blockchain. Members are encouraged to bring their own laptops or tablets if they would like to create their NFT artwork digitally.

2. HIIT and Run with Christina Cheng on Wednesday
Join member Christina Cheng for a bi-weekly HIIT and Run workout. You’ll clock up 2km (1km to and from), followed by 45-minute stair drills and HIIT circuits. Post-workout refreshments will be available at the House.

3. Sound Sessions: Jenno Christian on Thursday
Hear a set by Toronto-based DJ, Jenno Christian, as he spins a mix of dancehall, hip-hop, techno and more to celebrate the end of the week.

4. Meditation with Hoame: energy on Friday
In this 60-minute class, we’ll explore different meditation and visualisation techniques to nourish and awaken the body’s vital energy centres. Clearing and supporting our seven chakras will also help promote deep peace and stability throughout our entire system.

5. Biglake Festival in PEC on Friday
Co-founded by Soho House Toronto member and COC music director, Johannes Debus, Biglake Festival opens on 12 August for a week of vibrant live music in pastoral, hip Prince Edward County. The voyage starts with a special concert at Base31, the historical airfield near Picton, featuring three internationally renowned soloists and a string orchestra, performing famous and beloved Bach concertos, as well as a rarely performed string version of Beethoven’s iconic, revolutionary Symphony No. 5.

6. Glossy on Friday
Adidem Asterisks* presents Glossy – a female-led sound session curated by Asterisks* Radio DJs Robyn and Chelsea. The duo will be setting the vibes on the club floor, accompanied by Jamie-Lee Santos and Syd Beaumont. Come for custom cocktails, good music, and a draw for some limited Adidem Asterisks* merchandise.

Hailing from Toronto’s East End, versatile DJ and engineer North English sets the vibe with his mix of hip-hop, Afrobeats, dancehall, Motown, and disco mash-ups.
