A waterside soiree
From weddings and afterparties to relaxed dinners, sitting waterside promises a laid-back atmosphere – and some great views. Look to Cecconi’s at Soho House Copenhagen, with its large, waterfront-facing windows. During warmer months, guests can spill out onto the beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunshine as they overlook the city’s inner harbour. The space can be tailored to your needs, as it holds 100 guests for a party, 85 guests for a standing reception or up to 60 guests when seated. In the UK, Brighton Beach House’s Lofts – which can cater up to 150 standing guests – are set across the ground floor, with an open-plan kitchen, lounge areas, and a private sea-view terrace. Our team can help to facilitate private chefs to create a fully custom menu for your guests.
A quiet drinks gathering
Soho House Rome’s Drawing Room offers space for a drinks party, complete with vintage-inspired furniture. The Little Room at High Road House in Chiswick includes space for up to 40 guests, with an impressive private art collection to invite conversation, and at Soho Farmhouse, the Glasshouse is just a stone’s throw from the Walled Garden. The Curtain Room at Soho House Bangkok gives privacy for a small birthday party, and you will struggle to find a better spot for cosy cocktails than the Library at Soho House Holloway.
An intimate dinner
Dinner with a view doesn’t get much better than the private dining room at Cecconi’s DUMBO. Look out onto the waterfront and you’ll catch a glimpse of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges. For something intimate, the Red Room on the first floor of the original Soho House, located at 40 Greek Street, seats up to 12 people, and The Snug at Dean Street Townhouse can host up to 14.
A milestone blowout
For a truly memorable party, Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House in Miami hosts up to 800 people, and in Bangkok, the soundproofed Naughty Room can host up to 120. In Berlin, Torstrasse I and II can hold up to 400 guests, with a terrace overlooking Alexanderplatz, as well as a bar and space for live bands. Out in the English countryside, Soho Farmhouse’s new addition, The Nord, is a glass dome-like space, which offers an indoor-outdoor experience for your guests.
A special screening
The screening room at Soho House Nashville – the newest of our US clubs – is the ideal spot to show off your latest project, be it an album listening party, film premiere or a screening of your favourite movie. Follow it with an afterparty in the Sock Room, which features a terrace. In Amsterdam, our screening room seats 36 guests in comfy chairs, while the Blue Room next door comes complete with a private bar.
At White City House, Studios A and B can be hired separately or together, with space for a DJ booth and stage to ensure you and your guests really celebrate in style this holiday season. To make the event a truly festive occasion, settle in to the House’s screening room for a Christmas movie date before the party.
