Campari went big on all things Negroni at the Houses last week
In celebration of this classic bar tipple, the brand hosted events across the US showcasing the art of making the perfect cocktail

The Negroni has inspired so many personal riffs, regional specialities and ‘perfect’ blends, but regardless of its variations, the ruby hue of Campari is enough to induce a desire for that sweet-bitter-zesty sip. To celebrate Negroni Week, Soho House and Campari hosted events across the country allowing guests to discover the artistry behind the Negroni.
In Chicago, guests tasted two stark interpretations of the classic in the Prosecco and bourbon Negronis, paired with truffle tater tots to balance out the rich flavours of the drink with something sharp and savoury. At Soho Beach House Miami, attendees had the chance to practise their own skills behind the bar and learn how to make the perfect Negroni with guest bartender Marco Pastanella, before tasting the Oaxacan Negroni (adding mezcal to the mix), and the Americano (basically a spritzer version of a Negroni replacing gin with club soda).
In New York’s Ludlow House, guests were already riding high from a full schedule of Fashion Week events, but Campari’s Nathan Dumas had the right idea: there’s nothing like the classic Negroni, in its finest form, to cap off a busy week.
