Annie Kevans is an English artist who lives and works in the Dordogne, France. Through her practice, she seeks to challenge prevailing historical narratives. Her latest series, ‘The History Of Art’ and ‘Drag’, highlight gender inequities in the art world. ‘The History Of Art’ specifically features women who were once acclaimed in the industry – some were even international celebrities – and whose significance has gradually been forgotten.
