At Soho House we believe that our Houses are only as good as the people who work in them.

Founded in London in 1995 as a private members’ club for people in the creative industries, Soho House & Co has since opened clubs across Europe and North America, as well as restaurants, cinemas, workspaces, spas and bedrooms.



Everyone can learn and grow within Soho House & Co. We offer a huge range of training opportunities, from learning our Ethos and leadership courses, to menu tasting, product training, first aid at work and other health and safety courses. We have a dedicated Learning & Development team that provide a monthly training calendar to support the growth of our Soho House & Co people.



The Cookhouse and House Tonic programmes aim to inspire, engage and develop our people with a passion for food and drink. Monthly calendars are packed with inspiring demos, tasting and sourcing trips and fun events. Days out range from visits to the finest breweries and vineyards to foraging, hunting and fishing trips. We’re joined by leading guest chefs and bartenders from the industry for exciting training and regular competitions put our chefs and bartenders skills to the test.



House Four is a magazine for and about Soho House & Co people. It’s divided into four sections – News, Food, Drink and Life – which reflect all the different areas of our business, as well as a bit of what our teams get up to when they’re not at work. Find out more at
