At Soho House we believe that our Houses are only as good as the people who work in them.
Founded in London in 1995 as a private members’ club for people in the creative industries, Soho House & Co has since opened clubs across Europe and North America, as well as restaurants, cinemas, workspaces, spas and bedrooms.
We offer a huge range of training opportunities, from learning our Ethos and leadership courses, to menu tasting, product training and first aid at work. We have a dedicated Learning & Development team that provide a monthly training calendar to support the growth of our Soho House & Co people.
Cookhouse and House Tonic inspire and develop our people with a passion for food and drink. Monthly calendars are packed with demos, tasting and sourcing trips. We’ll be visiting breweries and vineyards, foraging and fishing, learning from guest chefs and bartenders, putting our skills to the test with competitions.
